Our process is to evaluate and organize your items, set-up and stage the home, photograph, research, price and advertise the event. We do a full spectrum marketing campaign utilizing social media, web site, extensive email list, newspapers, as well as professionally printed signage on the day of the sale. We execute a first class sale with no hidden charges and no up-front fees. We simply mail you a check and an itemized sale summary at the conclusion of your sale.

Turning Point:    Our name is based on that special “moment in time” when a seller’s possessions “turns” over to home owners taking ownership of the seller’s valued possessions and then making them part of something special into their own homes.   This “point” in time” is generally a 2 day estate sale which we call the “Turning Point” and denotes the hassle free transfer of goods, furnishings,  and other items from the seller to the buyers.

The Turning Point Pledge:  Our pledge for every Turning Point is that all members of our team will be professional, authentic, transparent in representing both the seller as well as the buyers. Turning Point pricing will be honest, fair, and realistic for all parties.  All sales are professional and confidential and Turning Point strives for a “win win” satisfaction.
